Terms of Service

Lead Scrape is a software product owned and provided by Reganam Limited ("Reganam", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Ireland. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using the Lead Scrape software or our website www.leadscrape.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the End-User License Agreement ("EULA") set out below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our product.

Licenses and payment

You can purchase a license from our Buy page. A license is sold as a one-year term: you pay a single fee up front and may use the software, and receive free updates, for one year from the date of purchase.

Payment is a single, one-off charge. We do not operate a subscription, we do not store your card for renewal, and we will never automatically bill you again. When your one-year license expires, the software reverts to demo mode. To continue using Lead Scrape, you simply return to our website and purchase a new one-year license.

The Standard version is sold as a one-year license. Some customers hold older "Standard Lifetime" licenses that were sold in the past (including through affiliates or special offers); those licenses remain valid under their original terms. The Business version has only ever been sold as a one-year license and is not available on a lifetime basis.

Upgrades

If you have the Standard version, you can upgrade to the Business version at any time by paying the price difference between the two versions (see our Buy page). If you purchased a one-year Standard license, upgrading does not change your expiry date: the upgrade lets you use the Business version instead of the Standard version for the remainder of your existing license term.

If you hold an old Standard Lifetime license (including one obtained via an affiliate or an offer) and you purchase an upgrade to Business, the upgrade gives you one year of use of the Business version from the date of the upgrade purchase. At the end of that year, your license automatically reverts to your Standard Lifetime license. In other words, upgrading a lifetime Standard license to Business does not make the Business version lifetime.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of the day you bought the license. To request a refund, email us or use the contact form here within 14 days of the purchase date, and we will refund you the full amount of the purchase.

Refunds are not accepted when the request is made after the 14-day period has passed.

If you previously bought the software and already received a refund in the past, the 14-day refund policy is waived and the sale is final, with no further refunds.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Activation and resets

Each license can be activated on two computers. If you change or replace a computer, or need to install on a different machine, you can contact support to have your previous activations reset. Please note that we only allow one reset every 90 days.

Eligibility and acceptance

The software and website are intended for business use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Lead Scrape. These Terms apply to all customers, visitors, users and others who access or use our website or the Lead Scrape software.

End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Reganam Limited for the Lead Scrape software product, which includes the software and any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The software is licensed, not sold.

1. Grant of license. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Reganam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two computers that you own or control, activated with a license key issued to you by Reganam.

Lead Scrape is distributed as a free trial that requires a valid license key to unlock the full version. You may share and redistribute the free trial installer free of charge, provided that you distribute the complete, official installer without any modification. You may not distribute or share a license key.

2. Restrictions. You may not:

(a) modify or repackage the installer, bundle it with or include it in any other product, or resell, rent, lease or sub-license the software or a license;
(b) share, publish or distribute your license key, or allow it to be used by anyone who has not purchased a license;
(c) install the software on a server, or otherwise make it available, so that it can be used by people who have not purchased a license, or resell the software as a service to your own customers;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or decrypt the software or any of its files, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation;
(e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices in the software.

3. Transfer. You may permanently transfer your rights under this EULA to another person, provided that you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

4. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Reganam may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. On termination, you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Prohibition of automated usage

The software is designed and licensed exclusively for manual, interactive operation by a licensed end user. Any form of automated, unattended or programmatic use of the software is strictly prohibited. Without limiting the foregoing, the following activities are expressly forbidden:

(a) operating the software by means of scripts, bots, macros, scheduled tasks, cron jobs, or any other automated scheduling mechanisms;
(b) integrating or interfacing the software with robotic process automation (RPA) tools, browser automation frameworks, or any third-party software designed to simulate user interaction;
(c) employing any method, tool, or technique that causes the software to initiate searches, extract data, or perform any function without direct human initiation. For the avoidance of doubt, a licensed user may manually start a scrape and allow it to run unattended; what is prohibited is the use of any automated means to initiate, queue, or chain successive operations without human intervention.

Any use of automation in connection with the software shall constitute a material breach of this EULA. Upon detection of such breach, Reganam reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately and permanently disable the associated license key without prior notice. In the event of license termination under this section, you shall not be entitled to any refund, whether in whole or in part, of any fees previously paid.

Acceptable use of the software and extracted data

Lead Scrape helps you find business and contact information that is already publicly available online. You are responsible for how you use the software and the data it returns. You agree to use the software and any extracted data lawfully and only for legitimate business-to-business purposes that relate to a business, or to a person acting in their professional or employment capacity, such as sales, marketing, recruitment and research into your existing or prospective customers.

You agree to comply with all applicable data protection, privacy, anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you. In relation to any personal data (such as names, professional email addresses, job titles or LinkedIn URLs) that you obtain using the software, you act as an independent data controller, you determine the purposes and means of your own processing, and you are solely responsible for meeting your obligations under applicable law. You must not attempt to circumvent, defeat or work around any opt-out or suppression mechanism used by Lead Scrape.

Anti-spam policy

Lead Scrape has a strong anti-spam policy. Our software cannot be used to send spam; it is a tool for finding and managing business data only. We do not support spamming, and we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of our software for spamming or any other illegal activity. Please report spam activity to http://abuse.net/.

It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that all data and information provided by Lead Scrape is used in compliance with the relevant local and international data protection and privacy regulations. Misuse of our software or its data for spamming or any other illegal activity is not supported by Lead Scrape or Reganam Limited, and we cannot be held liable for such actions.

Protection of our website and service

When using our website, you must not scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from leadscrape.com itself, attempt to gain unauthorised access to or interfere with our systems, introduce malware or other harmful code, circumvent any security mechanism, or take any action that damages, disables, overburdens or impairs our website or service.

Accuracy of data

The company and contact information that Lead Scrape returns is gathered from publicly available sources on the web at the time you run a search. We do not control those sources and we do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete or up to date. You are responsible for verifying any information before you rely on it.

Disclaimer of warranties

The software and our website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software or website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected. You use the software and any data obtained through it at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reganam Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the software or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to Reganam in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Irish or European Union law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reganam Limited and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the software or website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Intellectual property

All title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in and to the software and the website are owned by Reganam Limited and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All brand names and trademarks appearing in the software or on the website are the property of their respective owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with our website and software, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice at least fifteen (15) days before the updated Terms take effect, either by posting a prominent notice on our website or, where appropriate, by email. For minor changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the software or website, or disable a license key, if you breach these Terms or the EULA. On termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the software and destroy all copies in your possession. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with Lead Scrape, are governed by the laws of Ireland. You agree that the courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute.

General

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign or transfer yours without our prior written consent. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the EULA above, are the entire agreement between you and Reganam regarding the software and website. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
