Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy was last updated on July 9, 2026. It applies to visitors of our English and German site (leadscrape.com and leadscrape.com/de), including residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States. Our Spanish and French sites currently use a separate, older cookie mechanism and will be updated to match this policy when those sites are rebuilt.
1. Introduction
Our website, https://www.leadscrape.com (hereinafter: "the website") uses cookies and other related technologies (for convenience all technologies are referred to as "cookies"). Cookies are also placed by third parties we have engaged. In the document below we inform you about the use of cookies on our website.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small simple file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored therein may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit.
3. What are scripts?
A script is a piece of program code that is used to make our website function properly and interactively. This code is executed on our server or on your device.
4. What is a web beacon?
A web beacon (or a pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or image on a website that is used to monitor traffic on a website. In order to do this, various data about you is stored using web beacons.
5. Cookies we use
We group the cookies and similar technologies on our site into the following categories. "Strictly necessary" cookies do not require your consent; all others only load after you accept them (or, in the case of advertising cookies, if your browser doesn't send an opt-out signal — see Section 6).
5.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the site and checkout to function, and cannot be switched off. These include your cookie/privacy consent choice itself (recorded by our consent management platform, Concord — see Section 6), and Google reCAPTCHA (_GRECAPTCHA), which we use to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. We are the data controller for the information reCAPTCHA collects, and Google processes it on our behalf solely to provide and secure the reCAPTCHA service. On our checkout pages, we also send your IP address to ipify, BigDataCloud, and vpnapi.io to screen for fraudulent transactions (for example, detecting VPNs, proxies, or hosting-provider traffic) before routing you to the appropriate payment processor. This fraud-prevention check is necessary to protect the checkout process and does not depend on your cookie preferences. Where reCAPTCHA is used, Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.
5.2 Analytics
Help us understand how the site is used. Whether these load automatically or only after you consent depends on your region: blocked until you actively consent if you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland, or Canada, and enabled automatically by default for US visitors, consistent with the opt-out-by-default model used by US state privacy laws (see Section 6 and Section 9).
5.3 Advertising & marketing
Used for ad measurement, affiliate attribution, and marketing/sharing widgets. Same regional treatment as Analytics above: blocked until you consent in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, and enabled automatically by default for US visitors with a one-click way to opt out at any time (see Section 9). For US and California visitors, these cookies are also switched off automatically if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (see Section 6). Google explains its own use of the information gathered here on the How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services page. To curb this advertising yourself, adjust what you see through Google Ad Settings, add the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on so Analytics ignores your visits, or rely on the cross-industry choices at aboutads.info and Your Online Choices.
