Lead Scrape Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:

Lead Scrape is fully owned by Reganam Limited

All affiliate membership is subject to prior approval. Lead Scrape/Reganam Limited reserves the right to refuse service to any new or existing affiliate, in its sole discretion, with or without cause. Lead Scrape/Reganam Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to do business with anyone, at any time, for any reason.

Lead Scrape/Reganam Limited reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any affiliate, webmaster or website for any reason at any time, with or without notice and regardless of any previous conditions.

Each affiliate entity is only permitted 1 affiliate account.

Affiliate cookies last for 30 days. If a user clicks on your affiliate link and they do not purchase immediately as long as they purchase in the following 30 days you will get a commission for the sale (30% from each referred sale).

By using our Affiliate Program, You warrant that:

* You are 18 years of age and that there is no legal reason that you cannot enter into a binding agreement.
* You are the owner or are licensed to use the entire contents contained on your website.
* Your website and/or newsletter does not violate any law or regulation.
* Your website and/or newsletter does not contain misrepresentation or content that is defamatory or violates any rights of privacy or publicity.
* Your website and or/newsletter does not and will not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights.
* You place our links or banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
* Failure to abide by these rules could mean termination from the affiliate program. Outstanding commissions won't be paid then.
* Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales or click-throughs using robots, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.

 

"Participation Restrictions: Websites primarily engaged in the distribution of coupons or promotional codes are not eligible to join this affiliate program. We reserve the right to terminate the affiliation of any participant that we determine, at our sole discretion, is primarily functioning as a coupon or promotional code distributor."

 

Affiliate payment:

The Lead Scrape affiliate program is operated by Lead Scrape/Reganam Ltd. Lead Scrape/Reganam Ltd. is responsible for payouts of affiliate commissions and all financial transactions related to Lead Scrape affiliate program.

You will receive a commission for sending authorized sales via your links. In order to place links, You must first be approved by Lead Scrape/Reganam Ltd. to become an affiliate of the Lead Scrape affiliate program. You will not receive a Commission on any purchases by yourself for your own use.

You understand that the payout amount may be changed at any time. You are responsible for checking if the payout for a link you have placed on your site has changed or been discontinued.

You receive the commission from Lead Scrape/Reganam Ltd. Payments are made manually on the last day of each month when your account balance reaches $100 or more for the previous months' transactions and at least 2 sales have been referred. Money credited to your account does not accrue interest.

We pay our affiliates in US dollars by PayPal. You agree to be paid by PayPal. We do not support other payment methods. We reserve the right to change the payment method in the future.

The commission payout includes all taxes that might apply in your country or state. If you have to pay or collect taxes for the payment, you have to deduct the amount for the tax from the payout amount. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

 

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Bad Checks:

If an order is later refunded to the customer or charged back by the customer, or if a customer's check does not clear, the referral fee, and any Affiliate chargeback fees will be deducted from the next monthly payment sent to the Affiliate.

Liability:

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

The data that you enter in the sign-up form will be used to create your Lead Scrape affiliate account.

The legal basis for the processing

Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, when processing operations are necessary for the supply of goods or to provide any other service, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR. The same applies to such processing operations which are necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures, for example in the case of inquiries concerning our products or services. Is our company subject to a legal obligation by which processing of personal data is required, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR.

Finally, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR. This legal basis is used for processing operations which are not covered by any of the abovementioned legal grounds, if processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by our company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data. Such processing operations are particularly permissible because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. He considered that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the data subject is a client of the controller (Recital 47 Sentence 2 GDPR).
